Sarah Anderson

Sarah is a corporate and real estate lawyer and has been practising law since 2019. She received her German law degree from the University of Bonn in 2016, followed by a degree in Law and Economics in 2018. After moving to Canada at the end of 2019, Sarah continued to practise German law as a foreign trained lawyer, while completing her accreditation to become a Canadian lawyer. She was called to the Alberta bar in 2025.
As the Managing Lawyer, Sarah oversees and conducts the full spectrum of real estate, corporate and commercial legal services with precision, compliance, and efficiency. She navigates complex legal requirements, performs thorough due diligence, and mitigates risks to safeguard her clients’ investments. Her practice includes real estate sales, purchases, and financings, as well as commercial and residential leases. In addition, Sarah advises on corporate transactions and serves as the registered office for many corporations, ensuring seamless coordination and accurate documentation. Whether handling residential, commercial, or investment properties, Sarah provides proactive legal guidance to help clients avoid costly delays and pitfalls, ensuring transactions close smoothly and on time.
With legal training and practical experience in two countries with differing legal systems, Sarah provides services in both English and German, offering clients cross-border insight and a clear understanding of both legal frameworks.
Outside of her practice, Sarah enjoys reading, hiking, skiing, and travelling.
Jade Martin

Jade is a Corporate and Real Estate Legal Assistant dedicated to supporting clients by ensuring a smooth and well-organized transaction process. Through her experience and commitment, she has developed strong administrative and file-management skills that allow her to deliver efficient, client-focused results with diligence and attention to detail.
Jade is further a Commissioner for Oaths in Alberta and is certified to use the Corporate Registry’s CORES system—credentials that enhance her ability to assist corporate clients with accurate filings, document execution, and time-sensitive registry matters.
She enjoys expanding her knowledge of the legal field and continuing her education to better support clients and the legal team.
Outside of work, Jade spends as much time outdoors as possible—hiking with her dog, Zoey, or working with horses.

Corrine Fiesel founded Legal One Corporate Services after building an exceptional career spanning over 25 years in real estate law, corporate law, and finance. Corrine now serves at the Alberta Securities Commission (ASC), where she applies her deep industry experience to advancing securities regulation in Alberta.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Corrine is known for her active lifestyle, competing in triathlons and pursuing her passions for skiing and culinary adventures with her husband and two dogs.
